Children and teenagers face unique challenges as they grow and develop. Our child and adolescent specialists use developmentally appropriate, engaging therapeutic techniques to help young people navigate difficult emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.
For younger children (ages 5-12), we often use play therapy, art therapy, and social stories to help them express and process their experiences. For adolescents, we integrate CBT, DBT skills training, and motivational interviewing in a way that respects their growing independence while providing the guidance they need.
We believe that family involvement is key to a child's therapeutic progress. Parents are active partners in the treatment process, receiving regular updates and learning skills to support their child's growth at home.
